What

Nextington is an organization that exists to show the members of our community that as a whole Lexington is looking forward.  It provides an opportunity for citizens and leaders which are spearheading projects, companies, and communities to showcase their progress and cast their vision for the future.  Through events that feature these people and projects that are the initiatives of these people, we hope to encourage those in Lexington that are pushing forward by showing them that they are not the only pioneers in the city, and to answer the question of all those in attendance “What’s Next in Lex?”

Who

A diverse crowd (high school to senior citizens) of Lexington community members that want to know what Lexington should be proud of.  Everyone who wants to see where Lexington is headed and who is going to take it in that direction should attend this event.

Why

Lexington serves as a home to brilliant and creative minds that are doing things worth talking about.  Nextington is the place for these people and their initiatives to be heard, and to hear from each other.
